6 Month One-On-One Coaching
The 6-month Ultimate Wellness program is a personalized program to help guide and support the client to reach their goals. Each session is a one-on-one session either in person, over the phone or zoom. Location TBA
Structure: Meet 2 times a month for 6 months each session is 50 minutes where we will create goals and actionable steps. Follow up email to share goals and actionable items. Weekly check in via email or text .A variety of handouts (PDF)
