Meet 2 times a month for 6 months
Each Session is 50 minutes where we will create goals and actionable steps

The 3 month program is a program personalized to help guide and support the client to reach thier goals. Each session in one-on-one.

A one time session is one-on-one where we review the natural aspects of health to see areas that need focus and create goals with actionable steps to reach the goals:
