    The 6 month program is a personalized program to help guide and support the client to reach their goals. Each session is a one-on-one session.

    Structure:

    Meet 2 times a month for 6 months

    Each Session is 50 minutes where we will create goals and actionable steps

    Follow up email to share goals and actionable items

    Weekly check in via email or text

  • Wellness

    The 3 month program is a program personalized to help guide and support the client to reach thier goals. Each session in one-on-one.

    Structure:

    Meet 2 times a month for 3 months

    Each session is 50 minutes where we create goals and actionable steps

    Follow up email to share goals and actionable items

    Weekly check in via email or text

  • Consultation

    A one time session is one-on-one where we review the natural aspects of health to see areas that need focus and create goals with actionable steps to reach the goals:

    The one time session will be 75 minutes
