Connection to Nature

Connection to nature is creating a calm and peaceful connection to something that you are already a part of.  This Connection gives you energy and connects you to something pure and outside ourselves.  By taking time to spend in nature, we can recharge our minds and bodies and to let go of daily concerns.  Walking on the beach, hiking, gardening, etc allows the sun, air and natural beauty, which rewards ones mind, body, and spirit.
